Heck no, I never considered that a claim of removable module alone to be out of the question. If not for the under pinning IP, I doubt they could go after that claim by it self. The voice recorder business is pretty much tied up under this scenario...if a file runs with the module removed, they're ok...if not, they're not.

If they're after a one time fee for that claim alone...great, fast, simple and wide spread. I just hope that one time fee does not include all related underpinning IP.
