Agreed, hoever if they have slashed prices and are perhaps using it to enhance sales of their ther services our % to recover is tremendously reduced. The main thing would be just getting them out of our hair! Also if we can prove they "knowingly" infringed perhaps we would be awarded a goodly sum?
