Agreed that my WAS is out there, like way out there. But I could argue that limits on exclusivity are not unusual (i.e., are common), and that this would fit with EDIG`s oft-proclaimed intent to be agnostic - not tied (permanently) to any one customer. One year exclusivity would have given Wencor more than adequate time to get their foot in the door and build a decent ongoing IFE business (complete with follow-on orders, and perhaps a better price point).
