I was also at the last SHM and I believe Frank is correct. EDIG would not wait more than 3 years to state "no news" or only give us "expects" and "soons." I'm certtain there will be some of that, but they will have some meat, IMO.

My guess is those is attendance will get to play with an eVU or prototype, hear the BODs report and recomendations, vote, hear what's up with the Wencor legal mess, note that they have prospects from trade events, and suck down some coffee and a muffin. (Note: Costco muffins are really good, so is their Costa Rican coffee if you like it strong and smooth)

The meat will come from Willy with RP handeling the questions. Willy's input might come in the form of a "State of the Company" address. It will be forward looking and they will thank us all for our patience. More will be needed. I doubt the Q & A session will be long this time around. That didn't go so well at the last SHM and RP's frustration showed. Fred bobed his head a lot and showed me a digEplayer -- which was very slick product.

As for pps effect, I doubt it will do much. That should be expected. This is about what's coming that we want to hear. Wall Street is interested in the numbers which we may not see for a while, maybe a long while, maybe next week. Who knows? For peace of mind sake, I'll bet on "mid to late 2009" to see real results to start to show up in the Qs. DM could spoil that with a moment's notice, but I bet they will take their time and play the game on their timeframe, not mine.

IMO, eVU sales in and, more importantly to me, out of the IFE arena will be our revenue stream until we see DM do their thing and that could be in three months or in 2009 or beyond. We will not know the answer to that question for good reason.

So, my mantra is "Go sell more stuff." It really is that simple, at least in the near term, IMO.
