Logic would dictate that if it were to be webcasted they would have announced such. No announcement, no webcast.

A press release is quite adequate.
In years past, there would be some hype before a SHM and the PPS would uptick, then it would fall like a rock again. The market has become skeptical after repeated disappointments.
A few short years ago, RP exercised options and bought 500K shares at 10 cents. I bought another 50K shares at a dime the other day without being an employee....hmmmm.
