Not an unreasonable expection.

In fact if any of those long awaited expectations do occur I would expect the PPS to increase immediately, maybe not to $3.00 or better but close and if DM is as successful as we all hope I personally think we all will look back at a PPS of $3.00 a share a "chump change"

By the way, the Clark deposition #100, in the BOW case, is absolutely devistating. If this is given the weight it should get then BOW should be asking us what WE WANT in th way of a settlement.
