BMW, Hyundai Sued Over Car Entertainment Systems

Law360, New York (September 02, 2008) -- BMW of North America LLC and Hyundai Motor America are facing a patent suit alleging that their products infringe two patents related to car entertainment systems.

Mobile Micromedia Solutions LLC filed the complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. MMS alleges that BMW and Hyundai are infringing U.S. Patent Numbers...

Hmmm...wonder if DM is watching and/or considering this market....or are they already on the list...
