Please re-read the post, the first part:

Was a quote from the post I was responding to. The second part:

"...or it might be that all the insiders are loaded up already. If (big if) they were to announce new infringer's or new customers etc. this is info that only insiders are aware of."

Was my response to that post which jibes with the rest of your comments. I agree everyone is waiting...waiting...waiting. We share the same perspective of the condition of things at this point.
