I think the table will turn on BOW when the info from the supeona's issued to BOW's tech people and the manufacturers of the Digecor DT or whatever he calls it comes in. I will bet even up that BOW's DT or DX has EDigs tech inside that BOW NEVER PAID FOR and is using without permission. I don't know if that constitutes BOW using our IP but there are certainly too many fingers in the DT/DX pie that have had contact with EDig while building BOW's original IFE not to have an almost a certaintly that BOW's DX/DT has EDig inside still.

I have trouble thinking BOW could build an entire new product, the DX/DT, from scratch in the time he took to get it to market WITHOUT A WHOLE BUNCH OF EDIG INSIDE....
