How are you? I want to follow up with you after my call to you at your home. I believe there was a great reason for this, let me explain. I am feeling like there is an opportunity for e.digital that can`t be passed up. I have been following the current events of ``Naked Short Selling`` in numerous publications and other advocacies as co`s and others build to expose this abundantly lucrative illegal practice, and as the mystique that seems to surround this activity (that I`m 100% positive, happens and way to often.), as the deep pockets that are involved continue to try harder and harder, to cover it up, hiding it, by confusing the uneducated masses on this criminal activity about how it is perpetrated. Criminal, the key word here, which is making the task of uncovering the truth, on top of the trillions that have been stolen to date?, even more daunting for regulators/congress and the like. The industry is fighting tooth and nail to keep a lid on this very controversial scandal, now dubbed ``Stock Gate.`` which to me is an inappropriate title given to this scandal, because I believe it to be many, many, times larger than the infamous Water Gate scandal of the 70`s, which pales in comparison to the unprecedented damage that has been done to investors that don`t even know what hit them and their investment statements, mainly Americans. So, with this said Robert, I think you`ll remember the name Anthony Elgindy, as I believe I brought him to your attention back when. He has recently been convicted of securities fraud, and possible involvement in the 9/11 attacks. (please ``Google.`` his name, and see all the info on this monster, I`d like to say worse.) He was a San Diego broker who I have had the displeasure of working with at 2 different firms. I know this guy and, he is very clever and has been able to evade authorities for far too long. Here`s what is relevant to you, and our co. There is nothing, NOTHING this guy would not do to wreck e.digital, yes e.digital, if in fact he committed to make a buck, by shorting e.digital, which he has been public about. Even if it meant taking a chance to go to prison, and his cronies are still out there robbing people blind, scary! I know you know of him speaking out and recommending investors to short the stock, badmouthing the co. etc.., even to Don Bauder and getting him involved, and others as well. So, the multi-million dollar question is, does e.digtial have a Naked short position??? There will be a highly anticipated TV Special on Naked Short Selling, and other related topics from Dateline, on April 10th at 7:00pm est. I have seen the research they have put together for this story, and it goes into incredible detail, far to detailed for even the savviest of us investors to comprehend, but spot on, and there will be blood in the streets when people finally get it. The effort will not end there to uncover this, and will be met with all the force and deep pockets of the guilty we can possibly imagine, and more, to conceal it. In the end Justice/good guys will prevail? My reason and message to you Robert, is let`s be in the fore front of protecting e.digital from these abuses now by knowing and being educated, and in the future as best we can. Let`s find out! There will be some enlightening information from this story, and will give you some ideas. I have some already. One is called DVP (delivery vs. payment?) I believe there could and should be a demand from shareholders after this controversial story airs to hold transfer agents/clearing firms/MM`s/regulators/COMPANY EXECS? accountable and I wanted you to be informed and prepared ahead of time. No more dilution due to this activity, it as you know has already been extensive?
