Settlements negotiations could include investment stakes in EDIG taken by infringers, which would go a long way to increase investor value. I wonder if DM and EDIG have had that discussion.

I believe that was what LL was hinting at earlier. If the negotiations were close to completion, somebody would be buying big. I'm OK with the DM strategy of going after the product marketers in a big way. IMO, that is where the large dollars come into play and DM could do a similar "P" company move by offering early discounts to some of the mean ole copy cats. It will just take a while to get these guys to step up since the court dates (Markman) are so far removed.

IMO, LL is right. Both sides will be buyers should a license deal become immenent. It is that first deal that should get the ball rolling and I believe the first guy to blink will pay less than the second, should a license deal happen. All just my opine.

I hit the big B day of 49 on Wed. I plan to retire in 6 years with or without my EDIG cash in my back pocket...but I like my chances with both the "P" company and EDIG (my only remaining spec stocks).
