I hope any new lawsuits are filed in some of the other semi rocket districts.

The Texas Eastern District is geeting pretty full and new suits may take 2-5 years before any markman or trial is reached.

Didn't someone mention that A Wisconsin Districk, the Northern Calif. District, and an East coast area were perhaps also good choices.
