If you believe DM will be successful in representing EDIG in the "over $20 Billion" target opportunity for just the first 10 infringers, then it is relatively insignificant difference between the bid and the ask for those who really want it. I am not saying pay more than you have to, as in today's market with little demand you can get in on the bid, for the most part, but for those who want to take larger positions with 50K plus orders, the $250 difference shouldn't be an impediment....jmho
