In fact, I believe they would have a fiduciary responsiblity to do so, as it would be considered a significant business development that shareholders would have a inherent right to know.

We might just have to disagree on this one.

IMO, as in my example, if you are Goodyear and sell tonage to GM, you do not want to piss them off. For every consumer magazine, there are 10 trade magazines. You think someone in an industry as large as the tire / car biz might ask (snoop) to see where that large announced order came from? GM also knows Kelly, Firestone, Cooper, etc...

Shareholders have a right to see correct financials and be updated on business trends. In the OEM / ODM side of consumer products, there are many many deals no one ever knows about for lots of reasons including because ``sometimes your competitor becomes your customer.`` And you don`t want your other customers to know you supply product which is sold down the street at another retailer. I hope that makes sense.

My guess is if we see a decent Q report with positive forward looking comments heading toward black ink, neither of us will care which airline or Asian OEM or cable co or CE brand will be doing the buying. It will all about the numbers.

For now, we KNOW a little and hope for a lot.

John
