One thing DMG cannot do is fail to comply with the subpeona...They have to file papers with the Court seeking to quash the Subpeona, but they cannot just jgnore it...

You can bet your last peeny that DM is not doing this to waste his time and resouces. DM must have gathered evidence that DMG helped build the cameras, etc. for VIVITAR, and in doing so they were a party to helping VIVITAR infringe on EDIG patents...

By putting pressure on DMG DM is sending signals to VIVITAR that they know who were the parties making it possible for VIVITAR to make great deal of money using EDIG protected technology. That may eventually help with "settlement", but it is not a facade!...
