Yeah, but that line of thinking implies that they haven`t had an opportunity to buy (at these levels) previously. They are in the best possible position to KNOW what`s up and coming. Assuming it`s anything close to what I can imagine, they`ve loaded up already (possibly at .33, and .22, and .20...).
