I believe Maycom ran into financial difficulty, took EDig's money and didn't perform......ie: manufacture the DP.... Took a while and a few lawsuit threats, plus BOW sticking his big nose (belly) into the middle of it before they finally honored their contract. I believe EDig was going to sue them for one reason or the other but did not. I don't think they had to money to do so.
