If you feel 10 months just to get the markman date set is fine....so be it.
If you feel finally getting a date set two years out from that 10 month approval point....so be it. I say it should have been a bit shorter, it's not....so be it.
We're at the mercy of the judicial system.
I say Intel was influenced by the dates set in front of it to settle early....and they waited to the end, while yet, IMO, they admitted to some degree their guilt prior.
IMO....we have to scrub off 20 months to get to what you are talking about.
They're going to wait out the dates...no need to move prior....I wouldn't.
IMO, 8 to 10 months too long
