You make a good point. I will state that history is on our side when it comes to the length of a bear market. Normally, lees than one year with a slow down on the front end and a steady climb out of the bear market.

History does have a way of repeating itself.

As for EDIG, I beleive LL had it as close as anyone with 2009 and 2010 being the time horizon for DM potential home runs based on what we know today. This could cetainly change with DM court motions and new filings, but we can bet all new mean ole copy cats put "on notice" or filed against will produce the standard, "We ain't done nuttin' man. These guys are just patent trolls lookin' to beat The Man out of his sweaty deep pockets."
