Moo I can tell you that this guy was coming after me with his big shot pit bull lawyer, huffing and puffing, demanding this and that. DM tag-teamed and slammed the guy's lawyer so hard the guys lawyer could only reply in a 5 word letter, complete with grammatical errors.

That is one instance, and from working with them over the past year I have been very impressed.
