From DOC 35, it appears there will be conflict of interest between judge Jr WARD and Sr WARD !

As noted in detail in the Opening Brief, Vivitar is well-aware of the precise language of

Local Rule CV-42 buf simply notes that a transfer to this Court is not feasible given the

engagement of Thomas J. Ward, Jr. in the Avid Litigation. Vivitar, of course, defers to this court as to the specific mechanics of the consolidation.
