Last year was a very successful record year.

My concern is Fiscal Year 2009, who really knows what the airlione industry will do and can we sell the eVU or a modified product to any of the other market segments that have been discussed by management.

I suspect to achieve growth over 2008, we would have to see a positive settlement, and much of the income, some would pay for operational expendes, would go directly to the bottom line.

Depending on the amount, our investors would be happy and with a probable improvement in the pps, the shareholders would be happy as well.

The offset is that the only dates set from the lawsuits is in calendar year 2010, making fiscal 2009 a difficult challenge and presently a low probability of a success.
