Did we know EDIG would have a record year one or two years prior to it happening? When digecor took the digeplayer and ran many were hand wringing, but lo and behold the eVU appears along with a record year to follow shortly, even in the face of FUDSTERs coming out of the woodwork with all kinds of negative claims.

I guess the current assumption is lower revenues on the horizon based on lack of guidance and a $400K backlog compared to about $1.7 million this time last year, but it is a 4 quarter year and there are 3 more to go...so I wait for more guidance going forward.

Yes there is a cloud forming over the airline industry but people will not stop flying and the USA has the ability and means to solve its current oil crisis. Speculators will be curtailed and the shorts will cover if Congress acts in our best interests to stop the historical shift of capital from the USA to the middle east as a result of our energy demands. Drill, innovate alternative sources, conserve...all needed.

Will EDIG still be around? Probably, since it is really tied to DM's efforts more so than the eVU market currently, imo...and that's what our financial benefactors seem to be banking on.

We all would like to see eVU growth and expansion into more markets outside of IFE (SELL SOMETHING) to help steady the daily business and attract more investors but a single settlement or court victory makes that discussion irrelevant.

So we wait and hope for developments to turn in EDIG's favor. It is clear they are making all efforts to finish the race and have the financial backing to continue to be a going concern....likely until it is determined if the patents are validated and defended aggressively into what is expected to result in revenues to EDIG's bottom line like never seen before.
