The sale process will occur separately from Syntax-Brillian's Chapter 11 filing announced today. Vivitar is excluded from the Chapter 11 filing and continues to conduct business as usual.
Syntax-Brillian has appointed KPMG Corporate Finance LLC to advise in the sale process.
The Company will have no further comment until the completion of the sale process.
