I bought my first shares of Norris Communications in Dec of 1991 solely on the information that Norris was soon to be the recipient of a large settlement. At the time Norris was selling for much more than the PPS now but the condition of the company was much the same. The only product it had at the time was Jabra which wasn't perfrected yet and not very popular.
