That`s the way I read it for future applications and capability. Follow that with the rumor mill and it begins to appear to fit.
The rumor suggests that is the way this will go...and names the manufacturer of the IFE product as being part of this deal.
It is not clear who they are talking about, but the description certainly fits EDIG`s billing as a manufacturer of the IFE product.
Certainly some very interesting speculation. WENCOR has added the deep pockets and connections to ramp this up...hence, perhaps the reason they shifted gears and decided to OWN APS.
