Just got back from a small mountain trip and caught up. Some good posts by you and Trillium made it easier to wade through and separate the Chaff from the WHEAT...!

The significant part of the developments today are...

1) There is a date set for SHM and it is 9/15/2008...

2) Additional details as to the schdule for the meetings shall be announced before that date...

3) The "Insiders", (including RP, that "untrustworthy VP!?" are putting their money where their mouth is, and lending the company $750,000.00 for one year under extremely risky terms such as follows:

They shall get stock issued to them at $.10 a share, or if there are no shares issued they will be paid the greater of $.01 cents, or the average of the price the stock is traded in the last 5 days before the Note becomes due...

So, tell me Mr. Legal beagle, is Putnam betting the pps shall be less than $.10 cents a share by June 30,2009?!...

All in All, we have to send a collective thank you Note to RP, for his telling us a lot without saying anything at all. He is just ACTING...
