IMO...it's an effort to hold things together. At the moment he may not have anything substantial on the IP front.....maybe a little business stuff, fore we are turning into some very bad weather IMO.

From where I'm sitting things are getting worse.

I'm fine, but things around me are stagnant, I'm beginning to see my business orientated neighbors stating to squirm.
