Ken Clark's earlier deposition under oath (digEcor Doc 100) was extremely damaging to digEcor's case. No wonder BOW is raising objections at the recent subpoena issued to Ken Clark by EDIG. BOW doesn't want Clark telling the Court more truths.

I'm hopeful the Court will see this suit for what it is; pure harassment by BOW.
