Keep in mind that when I state that we will need profits for the pps to show us an uptrend, I`m talking about a real change. A modest rise from the present price to $.35 or $.50 in my mind is not the increase we are talking about. We have seen these numbers before without any justification.

For us to achieve a substantial change in the price, let`s say from $1.00-$3.00 it`s about profits, not just revenue. Depending on the cost of sales margin and expense level, it is possible to have revenues in the 2-5 million dollar range and still not show any earnings. To generate a upward price trend and maintain it, we need profits, revenues alone will not maintain a high price.

I happen to believe the game has changes from prior years, and many stocks reflect this. Big revenues are no longer the main reason for high share prices.
