If DM validates the patents, this is much bigger than the market dare imagine. The markets go back to the late '90s and extend into 2016...and $14 Billion is a single year for a single infringer.

They will haggle, but at the end of the day I doubt they will risk going to trial and put this in the hands of a jury.

Way too much out of their control to risk imo....they will deal and EDIG will be a very different company sporting a very different pps.
