I agree, LL. All these big companies, who have actually infringed, know EDIG's precarious financial position and, if they settle, will settle at a price somewhere short of the cost of litigation. Of course there's DM. They must have a greater voice in this than EDIG. They're carrying the bulk of the financial burden. I wish I could get a peek at the agreement.
