and RP has stated quite firmly and forcefully "we are not in the market to sell EDig" "we will not accept any legitimate offers" and "we have a "POISON PILL" in place to foil any unwanted takeover offers. He mentioned poison pill quite a few times. Remember EDig has the ability to throw many more shares on the market. It might get expensive for an unfriendly take over bid.

I will say however, if the bid is right.....who knows....but it won't be 2 or 3 bucks...
