Almost all the material given in that PR has been known for a long time for shareholders,however the importance of releasing it again shows EDIG giving strong notice to 176 plus infringing companies they have opportunity to license it now otherwise they will face filing suit.when couple of months ago i talked with ROBERT in regard to licensing FLASH-R portfolio he firmly indicated DM already designated special staff to deal with those licensing portfolio.

By releasing this PR i am not going to be surprized if they are in final stage of negotiation with few infringers.

Another important item that i think was important in PR in regard to utilization of flash memory in electronic prouduct was,they named the cell phones first in that category .This by itself carries implication of many billion dollars of infringing products.
