Excellent detective work, sniffing out the date on that article...how do you do it?

No comment on the content, size of the settlements based on sales or action by the court such as this:

Sony has been ordered to stop sale, manufacture, use and import the systems, controllers and games which the court judged as being infringing, and to pay a total of $90.7 million US dollars based on sales of the infringing products.

Seems like some very good incentive for settlement....but the courts probably don't reference "old" cases...
