Mitsumi Sues Samsung Over Disk Drive Patents

Portfolio Media, New York (June 9, 2008)--Japanese electronics maker Mitsumi Electric Co. Ltd. has sued Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., accusing its South Korean rival of infringing four patents for computer disk drive technology.
