Please verify if negotiations between DM and an infringer are in progress. Also, is RP sitting in on the discussions? And why not PN?

If so, we may expect to see an actual settlement long before the jury trial date established, maybe even this year.

The following comment was reported in an earlier post as a result of a conversation with RP.

"He said he sits in on DM meetings including negotiations. Nothing settled yet....but could be tomorrow (yeah right) next week.....next month...this year. Some will settle and license others will fight it and go to trial.......wouldn't be surprised to see first settlements this year.....first one is always the toughest."
