“Due to significant new and follow-on business opportunities and the associated travel involved, we are moving our shareholders meeting to next quarter,” added Blakeley. “Also, our intellectual property team is working to finalize the detailed legal and technical documentation necessary to support additional Flash-R™ patent portfolio enforcement actions against a group of companies who have over $20 billion in annual U.S. revenues derived from what we believe are infringing products.”

Next quarter is April through June.

I believe they are required to provide a 45 day pre notification of a shareholders meeting. At the earliest this would put the ASM in July. I'm betting that we may see one in August or September, however if nothing new has transpired in the IFE arena or if no resolution to the initial patent lawsuit has happened, then we may not see one this year.
