Don't ya know, we are due for some panic based on chatroom interpretations of the legal wranglings most of us really don't understand, strategically speaking....I guess our in house counsel has declared that DM got outcoached...for a court date no less...lol.

Doesn't take much for the "call to sell" to sound and the support for DM to contract based on a proposed court date schedule. LOL
