It was my impression the "rocket docket" was very fast and "markman hearings were set quickly.

May of 2010 just doesn't sound right to me considering all we know and what we have been told.

Is there any way you can check on the validity of that date?

May 2010, two years from now is certainly not what I have expected from the "rocket docket".
