considering their meteoric rise for over a year during stock mania in early 2000, the massive volume, the great story based on patents and high profile partners and customers, not to mention new product development ushering in the MP3 era, which was no blip.

High profile without a doubt it was....and today near the edge of the abyss but still with the potential to rocket to stardom once again....should DM make its case.

Granted many investors have left the scene but regardless, if the BUZZ begins again based on their IP litigation, we will again see a newer version of the 2000 story revisited.

Gosh, what if those patents were actually valid all these years while the consumer electronics markets went bonkers?
