The problem here though is that we are up against the king Kongs of the world and we are just a puny monkey eating at best a banana. We need something a little more definative then a posibility that the courts stay as they were intended. There is to much prssure for this type of litigation to be allowed or at least limit the amount of rewards that can be exercised.
