I keep hearing ``not till summer`` or ``later this Fall`` (from that reporter), but also that ``FAA is not an issue`` (from RP, though that could also mean the project is scrapped; but if that were true, why the other reports?).

I can`t fathom why it would take that long to get it rolling. Only hold-up I can see is no orders, no effort (but the ``later`` reports suggests contracts). Parts is parts, how they go together as far as proximity to eachother shouldn`t be that big a deal. New housings, some wire, and some already-developed technology thrown in. What`s the big deal? They had a supposedly working prototype in September.

So I guess my question here becomes: Is your source citing production in summer a credible one?
