Does this apply to shares held in a cash account (vs. Margin account)???

Thanks for the legal info. I have no way of knowing if and how many naked shorts are out there for EDIG. If it is only 2M, my guess is we do not have a big problem since it would only be 1.2% of outstanding shares. At what point is it a BIG problem? Comments?

Where`s that flash character and his black helo crowd on this? Heads need to roll. It all sounds WAY to much like a bad movie at this point.
