I read it to say that the max they will dedicate to all cases of this type is 4% which equals the 18-20 million. It does say the minimum is 1 million...so based on their criteria they will be dedicating somewhere between 1-20 million on edig depending on how many other contingency cases they have. Who knows perhaps edig required more than they would normally have spent but the potential rewards made it worth the risk. Great find.
