At the risk of sounding like LL, those two items are exclusive of each other.

We don't know what other contingency cases DM is taking on this year, so I wouldn't quite read as EDIG will definately get the large portion. I believe EDIG will, but we can't say for sure.

I would absolutely agree with the second statement... let's all hope the shareholders are not left behind in any eventual settlements... as were with the (censored) stockholders...
