lawyers are funny that way. If you can't understand what they say and mean using their form of janguage, them there is a need for them. Confusion is part of their game plan. Not that they confuse each other but those that hire them. Even the courts have trouble understanding what is meant. To day it is simplified because most judges are lawyers themselves and the language though confusing makes sense to them. I Think.
