IMO, The common share holders of this company have them over a barrel. The insiders do not own enough to make any deals.
What's the market value of the company @ .14?......From what I see, the only way someone else could gain control is buy on the open market.

IMO...Someone could have theoretically gathered holdings of less than 5% in numerous accounts.
