Found an example of a OTC firm being shorted. OECI pleaded back in 03 to shareholders and in a PR to request certs and put pressure on the naked attempt. Stock seemed to run-up and then a climb back down. No revenues and hardly a float may have made them a easy target. Who knows...interesting.
