1) Is there truly infringement taking place (i.e., the obvious concern)

and

2) my understanding that if one is aware of infringement and fails to timely act in defense of patent rights, that the cognizant patent holder may lose certain rights for allowing the (blatant) infringement unabated.

I`m plagued by uncertainty and ignorance on both counts.

We really need to find a patent attorney EDIG shareholder to help us out here! Lack of same is almost troubling (LOL)! I mean, if one were sharp enough to answer the above questions with authority (especially the technical aspect of whether infringement was occuring) and wasn`t invested here, there`s something wrong! Aaahh, they`re probably all invested in PTSC, where litigation will be king! LOL
